Travel Incentives & Reimbursements for Candidates


Travel incentives applicable to teacher & leadership candidates only. Incentives are applied as a reimbursement for travel to and from interviews held at the Regional Support Office or any KIPP school in and around the Bay Area.

WHAT CAN I BE REIMBURSED FOR?

 

Flights
Lodging
Travel by Car (Lyft, Uber, Car Rental, etc)

Step 1: Book flight and/or lodging: If you haven’t already booked a flight and need to, we recommend doing so through this service: https://skiplagged.com/

For lodging, we recommend https://www.airbnb.com/

Step 2: Process Reimbursement

Once you’ve secured flights and/or lodging, contact your recruiter to receive a reimbursement form to complete and submit. 

TIMELINE

Additional Information:

  • If you would like to be reimbursed via direct deposit, you’ll need to provide bank information.
  • If you would like to be sent a physical check, please provide the best mailing address to receive the check (reminder: be conscious of what mailing address you use if you are moving within the next 6 weeks).
  • After you have completed this expense form, please email it along with scanned receipts to kippbayarea_invoicecapture@concursolutions.com
  • Attach PDF copies of your travel receipts (i.e. travel itinerary, Uber receipt, etc).
